Eligibility

To use LifeHubGo services you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and comply with these Terms. Enrollment examples: corporate clients purchasing team access must confirm they have authority to bind their organization; individual learners must register with accurate personal details.

Users must be at least 16 years old to register independently. Minors between 16 and 18 require parental or guardian consent to enroll in paid programs. Example: a 17-year-old registering for a leadership lab will need consent confirmation before the course begins.

Services must be used lawfully and not for unlawful or harmful activities. Case scenario: using course materials to support fraudulent schemes is prohibited and will result in account termination and possible legal reporting.

Access to certain courses may be restricted in some jurisdictions due to local regulations. Example: regulatory compliance may prevent delivery of specific coaching modalities in a given country; we will notify affected users and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

Account Terms

Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activities conducted under their account. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Provide current, accurate information when registering. Example: incorrect billing details may delay course access; users should update information promptly to avoid interruptions.

Protect your account credentials and use secure passwords. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement technical safeguards such as encryption and multi-factor options where available.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by LifeHubGo. Example: a personal account cannot be reassigned to another individual without our consent.

If your account is compromised, inform support immediately so we can suspend access and contribute. Provide incident details and timestamps to assist forensic review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms or pose security risks. Example: repeated policy violations or evidence of fraudulent payment activity will trigger suspension pending review.

Services

LifeHubGo offers online and in-person courses, coaching sessions, and resource libraries designed for personal transformation. Course descriptions and schedules are available on LifeHubGo.digital. Example scenarios: a self-paced course includes modules, exercises and progress tracking; a coach-led program schedules live sessions and assignments.

We may modify course content, schedules, or features. When changes materially affect enrolled participants we will notify them and provide options such as transfer to an alternative session or a pro rata refund where appropriate.

We strive to keep services available but may experience interruptions for maintenance or due to external providers. Example: a planned platform upgrade will be scheduled with advance notice and minimal disruption to active cohorts.

User Rules

Users must follow rules that maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. Below are practical expectations and prohibited behaviors.

  • Respectful conduct: engage constructively in discussions and coaching sessions; avoid harassment or abusive language.
  • Intellectual honesty: submit your own work and appropriately cite external sources when applicable.
  • No sharing of account credentials or circumvention of access controls to enable unauthorized access.
  • Privacy respect: do not share other participants' personal data outside approved channels or case-study anonymization protocols.
  • No misuse of materials: course content is for licensed use only and not for resale or unauthorized distribution.
  • Compliance with local laws: do not use the platform to plan or commit illegal activities.
  • Prompt reporting: report policy violations or safety concerns to support for timely resolution.

User Content

User content includes forum posts, assignment submissions, profile materials and any information you upload. We describe ownership and responsibilities using practical examples to avoid ambiguity.

You retain ownership of user content you create, subject to any rights you grant to LifeHubGo to deliver services. Example: when you submit an assignment, you still own your original submission but authorize LifeHubGo to display it for feedback and coaching purposes.

By submitting content you grant LifeHubGo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the content as necessary to provide services, for quality assurance, and for aggregated case studies with personal identifiers removed unless you consent to attribution.

You are responsible for ensuring content does not infringe third-party rights, is not defamatory, and complies with these Terms. Example: uploading third-party copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.

We may remove user content that violates Terms or applicable law. If content is removed, we will notify the uploader where feasible and provide a reason and any applicable appeal process.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, branding, course designs, and materials provided by LifeHubGo remain our intellectual property. Users are granted limited rights to access and use materials for personal learning under these Terms.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute LifeHubGo course materials beyond personal use without written permission.
  • Do not create derivative commercial products from course content without licensing agreements.
  • Respect activity and branding; do not use LifeHubGo logos or marks without authorization.

Paid Services

Paid services include course purchases, coaching packages, and corporate training programs. Pricing, payment methods and service levels are specified at point of purchase and within order confirmations.

Prices are set per course or package and displayed on LifeHubGo.digital. Example: a six-week cohort fee will be itemized including any applicable fees for materials or certification.

We accept payment via approved processors listed at checkout. Payment is required to activate access. Example: payment processors collect card details; LifeHubGo does not store full card numbers unencrypted.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Users receive reminder notices and can manage subscriptions through account settings.

Refunds are handled case-by-case following clear criteria: if a course is canceled by LifeHubGo, affected participants may choose a transfer to another offering or a refund. For individual withdrawal, prorated refunds may be available depending on consumed services; review the cancellation policy for specifics.

To cancel a course or subscription, notify support via the contact details provided. Example: canceling within a defined trial period may result in a full refund, while cancellations after course access begins may be prorated.

Taxes and VAT/GST where applicable are added at checkout based on billing details and local tax rules. Corporate purchasers are responsible for local tax reporting unless otherwise stated.

We may adjust prices for new enrollments; existing subscriptions continue under agreed terms unless notice is provided. Example: a price change will not apply mid-cohort for already-enrolled participants.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access and collection actions. LifeHubGo will attempt to notify users and provide remediation options before service interruption where possible.

On termination, access to course materials will end and certain data may be retained for legal or administrative purposes such as billing records and audit logs. Example: a terminated account will receive instructions for retrieving permitted personal data within a defined retention window.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated to active participants with an opportunity to accept or terminate under prior conditions where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LifeHubGo's operations. For users in Malaysia, local statutory rights apply. Disputes will be handled first through internal dispute resolution and then by the courts with proper jurisdiction if needed.
